Our Journey Together

The journey towards integral ecology

In our ecological conversion, our encounter with Jesus Christ becomes evident in our relationship with the world around us. (LS 217)  Every day, the institutions, communities, and families that enroll in the Laudato Si’ Action Platform are deepening their understanding, enriching their spirit, and practicing new ways of living sustainably in creation.

Each year, Laudato Si’ Action Platform participants complete a self-assessment of their practices in the areas outlined by the Laudato Si’ Goals.  This year, the first year of the platform, participants have established a baseline assessment. This self-assessment is a way for each participant to better understand where he or she stands on the path towards integral ecology.

Together, the total results of these self-assessments  promote better understanding of where we all stand as we seek to protect the home we share.
