The Latin America and Caribbean Climate Week 2022 (LACCW) will be held from the 18th to the 22nd of July in person in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and in a hybrid way by Semana Justicia Climatica ALC | https://www.facebook.com/Semana-Justicia-Clim%C3%A1tica-ALC-180339977433845
The event will involve and empower stakeholders to drive climate action in all countries, communities and economies. Working together opens the opportunity to advance in climate action, address social inequalities and invest in an optimal development for humanity and nature.
LACCW 2022 is hosted by the Government of the Dominican Republic. The event is organized by UN Climate Change in collaboration with global partners UN Development Programme, UN Environment Programme and the World Bank Group. Partners in the region include the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UNECLAC), the CAF–Development Bank of Latin America, and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
